Lyrics

Thanks to KJ and Sean for the great vocals, and Tony Beeson for the original idea. I kind of thought of this as if it was meant for a local tv commercial spot, where a bunch of Littles stop traffic on Wisconsin Avenue and jump on top of their cars and then dance into the restaurant.

Come on out today
To this restaurant where
Even Junior has to pay

Satch podcasting through the glass
Like monkeys at the zoo
His son’s inheritance is screwed
But don’t let in Raju

There’s the Socialite!
Nothing else to do
But be the “Norm” of Friendship Heights

Gary with a scowl
That could be permanently glued
His hate’s probably aimed at you
And that’s his “happy” mood

Come for bowling alley fries
Tony Beeson singing live
Maury will reveal tonight your
paternity

Windhorst chicken parmesan
Better than take home from the Palm
Manager is the Capstronaut, scream
La Cheeserie

Come on down
To eat in Friendship Heights
Don’t take metro, it might be on fire
And if you take your bike
Please always do wear white
You will pay full price
And it’s another day at Chad’s

A parody of "Another Day of Sun" by Jason Hurwitz and the cast of "La La Land."

This is fantastic. So glad I saw the movie first though so I got this. I think you need to do the whole thing with choreography at Jinglefest.
