Lyrics

This team reminds me more of a Scooby Doo episode every week... bumbling goofiness... pseudo villains... mysteries galore. So this seemed appropriate in light of the unsolicited announcement Gruden made yesterday.

"Gruden, Dude!"
-------------------

Hey there Gruden, Dude! What are you doing?
Naming a starter this early
Hold up Gruden, Dude! What are you doing?
Are you trying to kill RGIII?

Come on Gruden, Dude! It was rude,
You ripped him in December
Who're you trying to fool, with this bull
You think we don't remember?

You know that it's a mystery the crazy moves made by this team
Especially at
Quarterback
And Gruden, Dude, what will you do when Mariota falls to you
In the draft?
Say, "OH CRAP!" ?
(Ruh Roh)

Come on Gruden, Dude! what are you doing?
You're not helping Robert Griffin
We can count on you, Gruden Dude
To *%#** up every decision
-----------------------
Parody of the original Scooby Doo theme song

Well played -- right on target w/ this week's chapter of this year's coach, Jay Gruden

So great! The bleep in the last line leavens the whole thing and really brings it home.

It would be great if a cartoon band (that somehow ended up with a hit song) recorded the theme song for another cartoon. [ When I was looking up the theme song for the words, it said Larry Marks did the theme for season 1 (the version I listened to) and then Austin Roberts recorded it for use in the following seasons. Roberts did the rest of the music for the show. ]

Ruh Roh!! Did The Archie's do the original? Deserves a Scooby Snack, and I don't mean Triscuits.
